Getting Around

Ferries are the most favored and fun way to travel to and fro the Havelock Island. Every day around two to three ferries arrive on the island from the nearby areas of Port Blair and Rangat.There are two options to travel within the island. A bus service, which operates on an hourly circuit, connects the villages and jetty. Motorbikes, also known as mopeds, taxis and bicycles are another good option to get around the island, which are available on a daily rent.
